Change

Show unresolved issues by default when the event list is opened without a status parameter.
Keep explicit ?status= as All statuses, and preserve resolved/ignored selections, HTMX filtering, search, and level filters.

Verification

Test-first RED: three targeted tests failed for the missing default; after the change, the events suite passed.
collectstatic --noinput, Django check, and all 67 Django tests pass.
Ruff E/F checks and git diff --check pass. Full Ruff on the view reports the pre-existing TRY003 at the unchanged Http404 line.
Local authenticated browser QA with synthetic data: the default selector shows Unresolved and only unresolved issues; ?status= shows all statuses.

Desktop / dark mode — local-only synthetic data. The status selector defaults to Unresolved and the resolved example issue is hidden; choosing All statuses restores it.
