Summary

Rebuilds the homepage as a centered, typography-led signal rather than a full-bleed illustration.
Adds the supplied high-resolution hat/data-stream mark and preserves the wide Majikode wordmark.
Reintroduces the detailed service, scope, deadline, Magic Hotline, case-study, and WorkWave copy with a more direct voice and two restrained Ma(g/j)ik puns.
Replaces bright service-card fills with accessible native disclosure rows.
Removes Bunny font and GoatCounter requests from the base layout; the page uses local/system typography and CSS-only particles, arcs, scanlines, and reduced-motion support.

Validation

npm run check — passed (0 errors, 0 warnings, 0 hints)
npm run build — passed; static routes built successfully
npx biome lint src/pages/index.astro src/layouts/BaseLayout.astro src/components/DitherDetails.astro src/components/DitheredLink.astro — passed
git diff --check — passed
Rendered and inspected at 1440×1100 and 390×844.

Note

The repository-wide npm run lint still reports the existing Tailwind @tailwind at-rule configuration as unknown to Biome. That is outside this change; the modified source files pass targeted linting.
